Shipping
I aim to ship your order within a week if the product is in stock. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. If it is not possible to ship your order within three working days, you will be notified. Note: emails can end up in the spam folder.
Oh no, the product is not in stock! Don’t be afraid! I will quickly get to work for you and then the product will be fresh from the oven specially for you. Please take into account a delivery time of 2 to 4 weeks.
Have you ordered multiple products with different delivery times? Again, fear not! We wait to ship until your entire order is complete, so take into account the longest delivery time.
If you have chosen to pick up your product ‘in the store’, please send an email to hello@designstudioayla.com or give us a call +31 6 53 46 68 33. Then we will make an appointment together. Please also state your name and your order number, that makes it a bit easier for us. The tea is then ready (or coffee) 😉
Return
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return your order, undamaged and unused, to me within 14 days of receipt.
Ceramics are fragile and it is therefore important that you package the products properly.
When your return has been received in good order, your purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days.
The risk of loss or damage in transit is for the shipper. The costs for returning the products are for the sender. This does not apply to personalized products such as other sizes, colours or other adjustments.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and personalized items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Are you not happy about your personalized item?
No problem, taste may differ. In the process that you have chosen for a personalized product, I always ensure excellent communication. I will never start if it is not clear to both parties what the product should be. Still not satisfied? We’ll figure it out together. Mail or call to:

Exchanges
I do not replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at hello@designstudioayla.com.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should send me an email for more information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
