Questions and answers
I would like to order something in the webshop but I want a different colour. Is this possible?
Yes, of course! You can always email your wishes to hello@designstudioayla.com. Or call or app to +31 6 53 46 68 33. Then we can see what is possible.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
I aim to ship your order within 2 to 4 weeks. You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. If it is not possible to ship your order within that time, for example due to a custom made order, you will be informed.
Can I also pick up my order?
Yes of Course! Then you immediately save on shipping costs. Please send me an email to hello@designstudioayla.com and we can make an appointment. I’ll make sure the tea is ready (or coffee) 😉
Can I return my order?
If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return your order, undamaged and unused, to me within 14 days of receipt. Ceramics are fragile and it is therefore important that you pack the products properly. When your return has been received in good order, your purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 30 days.
The risk of loss or damage in transit is for the shipper. The costs for returning the products are for the sender. This does not apply to personalized products such as other sizes, colours or other adjustments.

What should I do in case of transport damage?
I ship the products with great care and attention. It sometimes happens that products arrive damaged during transport. When this happens, I kindly ask you to contact me at hello@designstudioayla.com within 48 hours. Mention in the email your order number, name and the damage and add a photo on which the damage is clearly visible.
I have ordered something in the webshop but I have not received a confirmation by email
Do not panic! It is possible that the confirmation has ended up in your spam. If the confirmation did not end up here either, please contact me at hello@designstudioayla.com
